Global Development Alliance (GDA) APS Addendum - Mexico
USAID/Mexico is making a special call for the submission of concept papers related to the USG development pillars of private sector competitiveness, environment and education. The objectives are to: 1) help promote climate change mitigation, with a focus on the energy and forestry sectors; 2) improve the availability, relevance and quality of youth leadership and workforce development programs in target communities; and 3) create economic, educational and social opportunities for youth, women and other vulnerable groups in target communities. USAID expects to receive alliance proposals that leverage resources at a minimum of 1:1. Proposals that do not leverage resources of at least a matching amount to what is requested will not be considered under this announcement.
